Renegade Dumbbell Rows

Renegade Dumbbell Rows represent one active exercise routine that may double as a means to tone and strengthen arm muscles, as well as to flatten tummy muscles. Though some people may not have heard of this exercise, it is not too difficult to learn. However, it may be challenging to perform.

To perform Renegade Dumbbell Rows, one must first gain access to weighted dumbbells, either by buying a set or by attending a public health facility that has such equipment. With weight sizes of the participant’s choosing, he or she holds one dumbbell in each hand and puts his or her body into a push up position. Then, while keeping the body rigid, the participant continues to hold still by the means of just one arm so that the other arm can be lifted off the ground. The upper arm is brought to a parallel position with the torso, and the elbow is bent so that the forearm is perpendicular to the ground. The arm is then lowered again to the ground, and the routine is repeated a number of times. The individual then switches arms and performs the same number of repetitions on the other side. While Renegade Dumbbell Rows promote arm strength, they can also help folks flatten tummy regions, because core and abdominal strength is required to keep the body in the push up position.
